Refund policy

Applies to Franchisee-Only Orders from Jumptwist Ninja

Eligibility

This policy applies only to Jumptwist Ninja franchisees purchasing branded inventory, uniforms, signage, training materials, or other approved business-related products through our franchisee portal.

🔁 Return Window

Franchisees may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order, provided the items are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email franchise@jumptwistninja.com within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-branded merchandise (e.g., personalized apparel, signage)
  • Digital materials or downloads
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Items returned outside the 15-day window

📦 Return Shipping

Franchisees are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

📬 How to Start a Return

Email franchise@jumptwistninja.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
