πŸ“ Who We Ship To

We currently ship products exclusively to authorized Jumptwist Ninja franchisees within the United States. If you’re an international franchisee or have special shipping needs, please contact franchise@jumptwistninja.com before placing your order.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday).

Shipping time depends on the product and location, typically ranging from 3–10 business days via standard ground shipping.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Note: During peak seasons or for custom-branded items, processing and delivery times may vary.

πŸ› οΈ Custom or Large Orders

Custom apparel, signage, or bulk equipment orders may have extended processing times. These items will ship separately and may arrive in multiple packages.

πŸ’΅ Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery speed.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and must be selected during checkout.

πŸ“¦ Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Send your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable) to franchise@jumptwistninja.com so we can file a claim or arrange a replacement.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Franchisees are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Jumptwist Ninja is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
